At Knight Leadership & Professional Development, we believe everything rises and falls on leadership. Founded by Stevie M. Knight, a Maxwell Leadership Certified Executive Coach, Speaker, Trainer, and DISC Consultant, KLAPD equips individuals and organizations to grow from potential to performance.

With nearly three decades of executive leadership experience—including oversight of 6,800 staff, 18 facilities, and an $800 million budget—Stevie brings real-world expertise to every keynote, workshop, and coaching engagement.
