DESCRIPTION:Salute to Delaware Veterans Fort DuPont Delaware City Saturday October 7\, 2017 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Located on the parade grounds of Fort DuPont\, Warriors Helping Warriors is hosting a weekend of education and fun aimed at bringing awareness to Delaware military veterans and their families. Warriors Helping Warriors is opening The Brian Conley Veterans Resiliency Center in Middletown\, DE which will house up to 10 homeless veterans. The event will highlight Korean War Veterans and Gold Star Families with a ceremony at 1:00 P.M. Enjoy the sights and sounds of: Motorcycle Clubs\, Vintage Car Clubs\, Civil Air Patrol/Young Marine Encampments\, Veteran Support Organizations\, DE Historical Groups. View military vehicles and equipment from several eras in American history\, presented by 15 living military history groups.
