Celebrate with Goodwill - National Thrift Shop Day

Celebrate National Thrift Shop Day with Goodwill of Delaware & Delaware County during a special weekend-long celebration, August 14–17, 2026, kicking off on Friday, August 14 from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM at the Goodwill Milford store. In partnership with Downtown Milford, Inc. and Del-One Federal Credit Union, the kickoff will bring the community together for an afternoon of thrifting, local connections, giveaways, and fun. Guests can shop Goodwill finds, connect with community partners, meet Goodwill’s mascot Willy G, and enjoy special activities throughout the event. The celebration continues all weekend at participating Goodwill stores. Shoppers who spend $25 or more can receive a free “I Love Thrifting” T-shirt, while supplies last, with one shirt per customer.
