Shrek the Musical Jr (Everett Theatre Summer Camp)

Acting Camp. In a faraway kingdom, the green ogre Shrek finds his swamp invaded by banished fairytale misfits, runaways who?ve been cast off by Lord Farquaad, a tiny terror with big ambitions. When Shrek sets off with a wise-cracking donkey to confront Farquaad, he's handed a task  if he rescues feisty Princess Fiona from the Dragon-guarded tower, his swamp will be returned to him. But, a fairy tale wouldn?t be complete without unexpected twists and turns along the way.  Our three week camp will end with performances showing off everything you have learned. Ages: 10-18. Dates: July 20 - August 8, 2015. Hours: 9 am-3 pm Camp costs: $300? Show dates: August 7 at 7:00 pm and August 8 at 2:00 pm. Crew Camp. Crew will assist and learn set construction and painting, props construction and management, costuming, sound design, lighting design, spotlight, and stage crew. Their efforts will cumulate in creating the director's vision on stage and teaching the live stage shows.Ages: 10-18. Dates: July 20 - August 8, 2015.
