Join the MACC as we partner with the Dutch Country Farmer's Market for the 2013 Middletown BBQ Cook Off @ Frightland on 5/17, 5/18 & 5/19!

The Middletown BBQ Cookoff is sanctioned by Delaware Governor, Jack Markell and the Kansas City BBQ Society as a Delaware State BBQ Championship competition. BBQ teams from around the country compete in a variety of BBQ categories and the champion qualifies to compete in the Jack Daniels World Tournament in Lynchberg, VA.

Last year, over 10,000 people enjoyed the weekend event featuring live entertainment, food vendors, craft vendors, car show, carnival rides and activities, beer & wine garden, amateur & professional BBQ contests and much more! Enjoy the musical stylings of Club Phred, Texas Heat, Stone's Throw Band, Three Day Weekend, No Stringz Attached and many more local bands.

Admission is $5 and children 10 and under are free. A portion of the proceeds from admissions will benefit local scholarships through the MACC Foundation and the Leukemia Research Foundation of Delaware.
