The Art of Acting and Speaking Your Truth: Hopping off the Hamster Wheel

Are you recognizing unpleasant patterns or less than desirable recurring scenarios in your career, family and/or romantic relationships?  No worries.  We can help you hop off the hamster wheel and help you create a new improved reality.   In this workshop, you will learn to have the courage to speak your truth on a daily basis so that your words and actions feel GOOD despite your fear of disappointing others.  Do you know how to access "YOUR TRUTH"?   Many of us live life unconsciously on a day-to-day basis operating from past conditioning....based on beliefs and habits of behavior which simply do not serve us or others.  This workshop is for anyone interested in learning how to access their own inner guidance system to find what is TRUE for each unique individual.  It will also provide key skills on how to communicate that truth with grace and courage so that harmony is obtained even for those who may be disappointed in the process.
