Admire Medical is a specialty medical weight loss and wellness practice. From weight management and hormone therapy to non-opioid pain relief and prehabilitation, our membership provides all the care you need, all in one place. Our founder and lead physician, Alexander Watson, MD, is a distinguished physician specializing in physical medicine & rehabilitation (PM&R) with a clinical focus on obesity medicine. He completed his residency training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where he provided prehabilitation counseling for patients prior to solid organ transplant, spine surgery, bariatric surgery, and cancer treatments. Dr. Watson has published multiple book chapters and articles on back pain, obesity medicine, and the continuum of care during cancer rehabilitation. He is also the author of Healing in Advance, Your Prehabilitation Guide, a book for patients, and co-editor of A Prehabilitation Guide for All Providers, both of which are on track to be released by the end of 2024.

Angela Barone, DNP, specializes in women's hormonal health, providing care to women experiencing menopause/perimenopause. She provides hormone replacement therapy services as well as other approaches such as symptom management and lifestyle counseling.
