Dr. Rachael Knotts is a dynamic keynote speaker, leadership consultant, and the CEO
of Dr. Rachael Speaking/Training/Coaching, LLC. With more than 22 years of
experience in higher education and organizational development, Dr. Rachael is
renowned for helping leaders and teams turn friction into flow. She is a Maxwell
Leadership Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, and a Certified Maxwell DISC
Consultant, bringing a powerful combination of insight, strategy, and people-centered
