The Law Office of Heather A. Long provides comprehensive legal representation to people who are personally injured in Delaware as a result of work and/or liability accidents. We work on cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that you have peace of mind that you will never be asked to pay an attorney retainer, or pay us prior to your settlement. Once we settle your case, we take our attorney fee directly from your settlement.
Heather Long founded the Law Office to bring big-city legal services to the MOT Community. With a over 15 years of experience Ms. Long will fight tirelessly to maximize your settlement and secure all benefits owed to you.
Ms. Long has worked for insurance companies in the past. She brings her experience and unique perspectives from “behind enemy lines” to work for you. In 2005, Ms. Long began representing injured people against those same insurance companies. Ms. Long puts her experience and unique perspectives to work for you.
