About Us

Sheri Barber joined our DE branch as a Loan Officer in January 2017 bringing over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She has worked in both sales and operations; including positions in processing, underwriting, closing and quality control. This valuable knowledge is an added benefit to first time home-buyers who are navigating the home buying process.
A veteran in the mortgage industry since 1991, she is experienced in all facets of the lending process- specializing in FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA, DSHA Bond financing. Sheri’s understanding of complex financials has made her an expert is assisting self-employed clients/entrepreneurs.
Her primary focus is to make sure the customer receives not only a competitive rate, but the individual attention each client expects. Sheri’s goal is to build a lifelong relationships.
